Expected TOP date is June 2027 instead of 2024.

Not much information has been released by developer yet. May I know how can I update you on this EC?

North Gaia is not launched yet but if you are keen, I can invite you for the preview. The TOP is likely 5 years away. You may choose the floor level and stack that you prefer. Electrical appliances such as Aircon, fridge, hood and hob will be provided but there will not be any furniture provided.

1. The official TOP date is 30 June 2027.

2. As for the monthly maintenance fee, please WhatsApp me on the link below with the type (3/4/5 bedroom) and I will be able to advise you the Share Value and estimated maintenance fee.

3. There are a total of 11 blocks of 14-storeys. You may select the block, stack and floor that you prefer on booking day. Booking day is expected to be on 23rd April and by ballot.

4. Furnitures are not included. As for the kitchen, you can expect oven, hod and hob (brand Brandt) to come with the unit. I understand fridge and washing machine are not provided for this development. For bedrooms, there will be built in wardrobes.
